What We’re Looking For
We seek a visionary leader with a deep commitment to special education and a proven track record in educational leadership. The ideal candidate will bring:
- Educational Expertise: A Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Special Education, Clinical Psychology, Guidance and Counseling, or Educational Administration and Planning.
- Extensive Experience: A minimum of 10 years working with neurodivergent children, including 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Leadership Excellence: Strong skills in team management, strategic planning, and implementing inclusive best practices.
- IEP Proficiency: Hands-on experience in developing, supervising, and reviewing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), as well as leading IEP and parent meetings.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities to foster a collaborative and inclusive school culture.
Key Responsibilities
As the Head of School/Principal, you will:
- Provide strategic leadership to drive the school’s vision and mission.
- Oversee academic programs and ensure compliance with educational standards.
- Lead and inspire teaching and non-teaching staff to deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Manage the development and implementation of IEPs, ensuring personalized support for every learner.
