Position: Customer Care Specialist

Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos (Candidates must reside in Ago, Amuwo, or Festac for easy commuting)

Salary: Competitive ₦100,000/month
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (Enjoy your weekends!)

What You’ll Do for our organization.

As our Customer Care Specialist, you’ll be the voice of our brand, creating seamless and delightful experiences for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
Order Processing & Lead Follow-Up: Efficiently manage orders and nurture leads to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Drive Sales Growth: Convert inquiries into sales with your persuasive communication and sales expertise.
Customer Engagement: Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism, ensuring every customer feels valued.
Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and trust.
Digital Campaigns: Execute engaging WhatsApp, email, and SMS campaigns to keep customers informed and excited about our products.
Support Online Success: Collaborate with our marketing team to boost online sales campaigns and elevate our brand’s digital presence.

We’re searching for a proactive, enthusiastic professional with a passion for customer service and sales. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
Qualifications: B.Sc or HND in any relevant field.
Experience: 1–3 years in e-commerce, customer service, or a related role.
Skills: Exceptional communication and sales skills to connect with customers and close deals.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems and phone handling to manage customer interactions efficiently.
Mindset: A customer-first attitude with a knack for problem-solving and building trust.
