What You’ll Do to Make an Impact:

• Shape Our Talent: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and contract processes with precision.
• Foster Harmony: Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive, compliant workplace.
• Drive Growth: Oversee performance management, staff development, and career progression programs.
• Stay Organized: Maintain flawless HR records, track attendance, and manage leave systems.
• Build Skills: Coordinate training and succession planning to empower our team.
• Keep Us Compliant: Support policy updates, HR audits, and legal compliance with confidence.

What We’re Looking For in You:

• Credentials That Shine: HR certifications (CIPM, SHRM, PHRi, etc.) and a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
• Experience That Counts: 3–5 years in HR, with deep knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and best practices.
• People Skills: Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities to build strong workplace relationships.
• Tech-Savvy: Experience with HR software is a bonus!

Work-Life Balance:

• Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: Onsite in the vibrant city of Port Harcourt
