• Orchestrate Success: Oversee procurement, inventory, and logistics for raw materials, packaging, and spare parts.
• Sync with Production: Ensure seamless material availability to meet production goals.
• Slash Costs, Boost Efficiency: Streamline warehouse and inventory processes to minimize waste and maximize value.
• Master Logistics: Keep inbound and outbound deliveries flowing smoothly.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work with quality, EHS, and sales teams to align with production needs and customer demands.
• Champion Compliance: Uphold safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (ISO, OSHAS, FSSC, and recycling laws).

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 10+ years in supply chain management, ideally in manufacturing, FMCG, or heavy industry.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of procurement, inventory control, and logistics.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced planning tools.
• Skills: Stellar leadership, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
• Mindset: A passion for sustainability and driving continuous improvement.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
