We’re seeking an experienced Outlet Supervisor to steer our team and elevate the daily operations of our bustling photography studio in the heart of Lagos. Location: Allen Avenue, Lagos
Salary: ₦150,000 - ₦200,000

What You’ll Do:
As our Outlet Supervisor, you’ll be the heartbeat of our studio, ensuring smooth operations and unforgettable customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily operations, coordinating tasks, and maintaining a spotless studio environment.
• Driving sales, closing daily transactions, and preparing accurate end-of-day reports.
• Welcoming walk-in clients, resolving inquiries and complaints with professionalism, and ensuring our team upholds top-tier service standards.
• Monitoring consumables, documenting usage, and reporting any equipment issues promptly.
• Securing the studio at shift’s end, ensuring proper equipment shutdown and a safe workspace.
• Leading and inspiring our team to deliver outstanding performance.
• Communicating effectively with staff, clients, and management to keep everything running seamlessly.
• Handling complex inquiries, escalations, and ensuring precision in sales records, customer orders, and inventory management.
• Multitasking like a pro, prioritizing duties, and meeting deadlines with ease.

What We’re Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• A Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any field.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in the photography industry or a related field.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to inspire your team and delight our clients.
