What You’ll Do as a Listing Agent

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking motivated, self-driven individuals who are ready to thrive in Nigeria’s dynamic real estate industry. To qualify, you should meet the following requirements:

• Employment Status: Currently unemployed and ready to take on a new challenge.
• Education: Minimum of a Senior Secondary Certificate (SSCE, WAEC, or NECO). A diploma or certification in Real Estate or Property Management is a plus.
• Experience: Prior experience as a real estate or rental agent is highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to connect with property owners and tenants.
• Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of your city’s neighborhoods and real estate trends.
• Tech-Savvy: Must own an Android smartphone with a reliable internet connection and be comfortable using mobile apps.
• Mindset: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
