Key Responsibilities: Make Every Customer Feel Valued

As a Customer Service Representative / Hostess, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch service. Your daily tasks will include:

• Assessing customer needs to ensure complete satisfaction.

Requirements: What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this customer service job, you’ll need:

• A First Degree (HND/BSc or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in customer support or as a Client Service Representative.
• A track record of exceeding performance quotas.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices.
• Active listening skills and the ability to adapt to different customer personalities.
• Comfortable working 6 days a week at our Mai Shayi location in Abuja or Victoria Island, Lagos.
