Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented HR professional with a knack for balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution. To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - At least 3 years of proven HR experience, with a bonus for those familiar with the real estate industry in Nigeria. - In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, Nigerian labour laws, and compliance standards. - Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, paired with strong interpersonal and presentation abilities. - A discreet, professional approach to handling sensitive information with confidentiality. - Location: Must reside in Abuja, preferably near the Central Business District, for easy access to our office.
